ADJUSTMENT SERVICE

The adjustment service allows to adapt a piece of jewellery in order to guarantee optimal comfort for its owner. The metal of a ring is meticulously fashioned, the fastener of a bracelet, a necklace or an earring is adapted, links are added or removed from a chain or a bracelet. The adjustment is carried out using the same techniques adopted in the initial manufacturing process and while fully respecting the original esthetics of each piece of jewellery.

This service is offered free of charge for three months following the sale.

PRESERVATION SERVICE

This service is dedicated to the preservation of the original condition of your piece of jewellery. La Maison is always available to welcome you, reassure you, and thanks to a professional verification process, allow you to preserve your jewellery along with all of the memories that it represents. Special attention is granted to the setting of the stones to make sure that these are perfectly maintained, but we are also able to carry out all of the usual verifications in order to prevent any degradation of the elements comprising your piece of jewellery. Thus, you benefit from all of our know-how for the restoration, if need be, of a damaged piece.

EVALUATION SERVICE

Thanks to our extensive experience in the areas of evaluation and appraisal, you may learn the nature, quality and value of the jewellery that you own. This evaluation service is useful when a special order or the creation of a custom-made piece is envisaged, or if you wish to sell some of your jewels.
